Disclaimer: I am not affiliated with or promoting Dr Dunn or IAGH in any way. The point of this thread is to discuss IAGH treatment, doctors, and for any one who has had IAGH treatment to share their experience.

Here are two threads from KneeGeeks site:

This is basic summary from iagh site:
Quote
The IAGH process rejuvenates adult blood vessels in your joint to form fetal vessels. These fetal vessels produce your own (Autologous) stem cells which then form cartilage cells (Chondrocytes). These new cartilage cells produce a new cartilage surface in your joint.

So it seems as if its a combination of ACI and stem cell, where they harvest your own cells (in this case, blood vessels) and then use those to form stem cells, which then form cartilage cells.

I'm interested in learning more and possibly trying it out but of course its prudent to talk to others who have had experience with this treatment.

I am a patient of Dr. Dunn & completed the treatments about 1 year ago.  I am currently seeing him on a follow-up basis only now. The treatments were successful - more so than I had hoped.

To be honest, there are good things and not so good things about the procedure.  If anybody wants me to discuss my experience, please let me know.  His treatment apparently doesn't work for all people from what I understand but it did work very well for me and I'm glad I found him.

Hi i have a questions!!! LOL maybe more than a few!
Did you have a lesion of the medial talar dome? How large? Did you have any cartlidge left on the lesion? How old are you?
What procedure did you have done! Did it work?
Did they do microfracture first?
Where did you get the procedure done?
Sorry it was quite a few questions!!!!
